Spectrolab offers high performance and reliable sensor products for the fiber-optic communication, photon counting and infrared imaging markets. Device structures are grown by metal organic chemical vapor epitaxy (MOVPE) in production scale multi-wafer reactors. Devices are fabricated using our state of the art fabrication facility. We offer a variety of packaging options and all detectors can be packaged according to customer's specifications.

Sensor products include:
1. InGaAs APD detector and detector arrays
2. InGaAs PIN detector and detector arrays
3. GaAs 2V laser power converter
4. Ge Photodetector

We are developing low-noise InGaAs APD arrays for active infrared imaging applications and low-noise InGaAs PIN arrays for night vision applications.
