Processed Wafers
Processed wafers are 100% tested and you pay only for the parts that meet inspection criteria. Processed wafers are supplied with a map identifying defective cells and cell performance bins for close matching cells. On special request, processed wafers can be supplied diced on blue tape. This format has limited shelf life and is not recommended for volume production. View Data Sheet

Concentrator Cell Assemblies (CCAs)
CCAs integrate the cell with a bypass diode for reverse current protection on an alumina substrate with direct-bonded copper electrical traces. The CCA is normally supplied without connectors for direct solder or weld attachment to the external circuit but may be supplied with wire connectors. The CCA is supplied with no moisture protective coating and should be protected by the customer with a conformal coat or other means of moisture protection. View Data Sheet
